To Those Who Are Mad At Christina: We All Make Mistakes

Some people are extremely upset at Christina Aguilara for singing the wrong words to one line of the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. I don't get it. It was a mistake people! She surely didn't do it on purpose. In my opinion, Christina's singing was the best part of the game! But obviously, I'm not into football. :) Why would she make such a horrific blunder and embarrass our country globally? Was she nervous? Was she tired? Was she having a bad day? Or, just maybe she's human and made a simple mistake! Horrors!

What will the world think of this globally embarrassing incident? (As if they really care.) There are much more important things for the world to worry about, like Egypt, unemployment, the economy, to name a few. And some people are too busy thinking about where they're going to get their next meal to worry about a song sung wrong. I hate to burst your bubble, but American is not the center of the universe.

I'm sure the individuals who are so upset have never made any embarassing mistakes themselves. Otherwise, they wouldn't be so quick to criticize. It must be nice to be perfect. :)

  1. I totally agree! I love Christina Aguilera, I think her talent is un-matched. People DO make mistakes, those that are human at least.

I rented Burlesque and loved her performance. Now she has become a triple-threat, singer, dancer and actor, just like the other star in the movie Cher. Rayetta
